Fractional Product Leadership
Product strategy for companies building what's next
Senior product leadership — without the full-time overhead. For Cloud, AI, and B2B2C companies that need someone who can think in systems, talk to engineers, and move fast.
What I offer
Two ways to work together
Whether you need strategic clarity for a specific challenge or sustained product leadership over time, both engagements are built around one goal: making the right product decisions, faster.
Fractional Head of Product
Ongoing product leadership embedded in your team. I own the product function — from strategy to roadmap to stakeholder alignment — so your team ships with confidence.
- →Product strategy and roadmap definition
- →Team mentoring and process setup
- →Stakeholder alignment and prioritization frameworks
- →North Star Metric definition and metric system design
- →Discovery → delivery cycle ownership
Product Strategy Sprint
A focused 4–6 week engagement for a specific product challenge. Diagnosis, recommendation, and a clear action plan — with the context to execute it.
- →Current state audit and gap analysis
- →Market positioning and opportunity mapping
- →Prioritized roadmap with business case
- →Cloud & AI product architecture review
- →Handoff with full documentation
How I think
The approach
Strategy is the license to say no
Good strategy isn't a vision statement — it's the framework that gives you the confidence to decline good ideas. Without it, every feature request is equally valid and you ship everything badly.
Alignment across borders, outcomes over process
Product decisions in multi-market companies don't fail because of bad ideas — they fail because stakeholders across countries weren't aligned. I've led product across 20+ countries and 4 continents. I don't lead with methodology decks — I lead with a diagnosis of where your product is stuck and a clear path to unblock it.
Engineering fluency is non-negotiable
If you can't talk architecture with your engineers, you're not leading product — you're translating requirements. I came from engineering. I know the difference.
B2B2C complexity is a design problem
Serving both business clients and end users simultaneously requires explicit design decisions, not compromise. Most teams default to compromise.
“Strategy is the insurance that gives you the confidence to say no — even to good ideas.”

Ready to work with a product leader who gets it?
Product thinking that turns into shipped decisions, not slide decks.
One conversation is usually enough to know if there's a fit. No pitch deck, no proposal before we've talked. Just a direct discussion about where your product is and where it needs to go.
